This step needs to be done after creating user profiles, locations, and categories.

  1. Go to https://secure.lobby6.com/ and log in to your user account. *
  1. Once you are logged in, you can access Settings from the main dashboard screen by clicking on Settings from the left-hand menu, or by going to Settings.
  1. Once you are in the Settings tab, you can access Email Sync from the tab menu by clicking on Email Sync. This Email Sync is for a corporate email domain. An example would be no-reply@ftsius.com. This address is used for email confirmations to customers/members. Note, if you don’t set this up the generic email address will be no-rely@lobby6.com.
  1. Click the “Link Account” button to link your corporate email domain.
  1. Log in with Microsoft Office 365 by clicking “Continue” and sign in using the Microsoft Office 365 Username and Password.
  1. Once you are in the Settings tab, you can access Scheduling Code from the tab menu by clicking on Scheduling Code. This Scheduling Code is for the customer/member online scheduling iFrame/Widget. Create a page on your website that includes ONLY the following code to embed the scheduling application. Next enter the full URL of your appointments page in the box above and click on Submit.
  1. Last, click on the ‘Preview’ link at the bottom of the webpage to preview the appointment scheduling webpage.

*User Profile must be set up to access this tab in the navigation. Please note, to access this webpage you’ll need to have Admin role status.
