Appointment Video Link Setup

This step should be done after a video appointment is scheduled. There are no limits on the number of video appointments your institution can create within the Appointment Management Solution.

  1. Go to and log in to your user account.*

  1. Once you are logged in, you can access Appointments from the main dashboard screen by clicking on Appointments from the left-hand menu, or by going to Appointments.

  1. Click the “Filter by or Search” button to filter by or search for appointments. Click the “View” link of the appointment if a Red Triangle Alert is displayed. Click the “Edit” link to add a Video Link and Video Link Details within the appointment.

When finished entering the information for Video Link and Video Link Details, click the “Save Edits” button.
