Credit Union Employee Appointment Scheduling
Scheduling an appointment for a member as a credit union employee.
This step needs to be done after creating user profiles, categories, and locations. There are no limits on the number of appointments a credit union can schedule.
- Go to https://secure.lobby6.com/ and log in to your user account.*
- Once you are logged in, you can access Appointments from the main dashboard screen by clicking on Appointments from the left-hand menu, or by going to Appointments.
- Click the “Schedule Appointment” in the upper righthand corner. Complete the Appointment Details, Date & Time, Advisor, Additional Details and Contact Information. When finished entering the information listed above, click the “Schedule Appointment” button.
*User Profile must be set up to add or edit appointments.
