Credit Union Employee Today Workflow

Today workflow as a credit union employee.

This step cannot be done until creating user profiles, categories, and locations.

  1. Go to and log in to your user account.*
  1. Once you are logged in, you can access today’s appointments from the main dashboard screen by clicking on Today from the left-hand menu, or by going to Today.  
  1. Click the “Assigned to” dropdown under the Today’s Appointments header.
  1. Click the “Change Location” dropdown to view appointments at different locations.
  1. View the three statuses of an appointment: Today’s Queue, Checked In and Assisting.
  1. To check in a member, select the “Check In” button within the Today’s Queue. This will move the member into the Checked In section.
  1. To assist a member, select the “Assist” button within the Check In section. This will move the member into Assisting section as well as pulling up the Assisting Member Dashboard.
  1. In the Assisting Member Dashboard, there are a few options to choose from: Transaction Notes, Additional Topics Discussed and Appointment Details. Once you have completed the dashboard, click the “Finalize” button in the upper lefthand corner to complete the ticket.

Key Items of Reference:

  • To move an appointment to previous sections, transfer, cancel or abandon, click on the three dots button.
  • To view a confirmation code or edit appointment details, click on the “Edit” button within the appointment.

*User Profile must be set up to add or edit appointments.
