Confirmation Code

Checking In for an appointment via Kiosk with a confirmation code.

This step needs to be done after creating user profiles, categories, and locations.

Kiosk – Confirmation Video embedded within the webpage

  1. Download the L6 Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  1. Once you are logged in, tap on the ‘Kiosk” button that allows Members/Customers to self-check-in.
  1. Members/Customers will tap on “Start” in the middle of the iPad Screen. *
  1. Next, the Member/Customer will tap on the “Appointments” button.
  1. The Member/Customer will enter in the confirmation code provided in the confirmation email.

When finished entering the information listed above, they will click the “Check In” button.

*This will be the screen displayed on the tablet in your lobby. Note, most tablets have an assisted access setting that only allows Members/Customers to use this application on the tablet.
