Password Reset

This step needs to be done after creating user profiles.

  1. Go to https://secure.lobby6.com/ and log in to your user account.
  1. Once you are logged in, you can access Password Reset from the main dashboard screen by clicking on Users from the left-hand menu, or by going to Users.
  1. Click the “Blue Pencil” button to link edit a user profile.
  1. Enter a temporary password in the “Password” box on the right-hand side under Reset Password. Click the “Reset” button.*
  1. Last, click the “Save” button in the upper righthand corner.

* Branch Manager or Admin needs to be the one resetting the employee’s password.
