Position:                Sales Solutions Associate

Location:               Los Angeles, CA


Includes the following but are not limited to:

  • Aggressively HUNT for new business and CLOSE the sale
  • Achieve and exceed quota and revenue goals
  • Network within the industry, market, and accounts to create new opportunities
  • Understand customers’ unique needs, growth objectives and business strategies
  • Recommend solutions that add value and deliver ROI
  • Manage sales pipeline to determine revenue potential and maximize profitability
  • Understand competitive landscape and know why FTSI is better
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting, client presentations, contract negotiation to closing


  • Courses in sales strategy management/planning, economics, statistics, public speaking/presenting and or equivalent sales hunter work experience
  • Must be able to deliver consultative strategies to C-Levels selling turnkey financial equipment/services solutions
  • Strategic accounts selling experience that win large sales orders
  • Possess contacts and relationships with financial institutions in the Northern California region
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot systems
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territories
