Susan Napier started FTSI in 1998. She is part of NCR’s Global Partners Advisory Council. Susan continues to lead FTSI by developing long-term company strategies that drive sustainable growth for both FTSI and its customers.
Daniel has been with FTSI since 2011. Dan is a metrics-driven leader who combines financial skills with operational knowledge to yield progressive, sensible results and systems for FTSI and its clients. With over 25 years experience in financial services he is a valuable asset to FTSI and its clients.
Michael Wilson joined FTSI in 2011. He has over 20 years of financial services industry experience in managerial and field service roles at financial service companies in the Greater Los Angeles area. Since Mike Wilson joined the FTSI team, he has played an integral role in implementing new systems such as ServiceMax and GPS to help increase response time and uptime for FTSI’s customers.
Winn joined the FTSI team in 2006. He is an industry expert in a wide range of technical areas including ATM hardware and software, and technology’s role in financial compliance.
Jill started at FTSI in 2009 and is an integral part of FTSI’s operations team. Jill oversees sales, sales support marketing and NCR partner relationships. Jill has over 11 years experience in management, operations, customer service, and marketing making her a valuable asset to FTSI and its clients.
Joan Hernandez began her career at FTSI in January 2008. She was the first HR employee hired by FTSI. Joan is proud of the way she built the HR department infrastructure while the company was growing rapidly, and describes it as “an exciting time for the FTSI team!” Joan has over 20 years experience in human resources for healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment companies. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals both personally and professionally.
