  • Our branch transformation strategy allowed us to scale down the size of the branch, deploy ITM machines in place of traditional teller lines and employ universal bankers to assist our in-branch visitors. Since the transformation, we have been able to expand our footprint via branching in a cost-effective manner, we have gained operational efficiency, and we have been able to operate in non-traditional spaces i.e. high traffic retail centers growing branch awareness.
