Appointment Management Software Built for Financial Institutions Now Available to Pioneer FCU Members
by Admin
Members can now schedule appointments online with “L6,” an appointment banking solution made by and for financial institutions.
Pioneer Federal Credit Union (FCU) has implemented an intuitive appointment banking software called “L6.” This software is created by and for financial institutions as an automated way to control, manage, and view insights on consumer bookings. Other features include employee and location management, a secure infrastructure, and automated reporting.
L6 is developed to be simple to use and requires minimal onboarding time for financial institutions. Key features include skills-based routing, outlook integration, kiosk or mobile check-in options, and a customizable website widget.
Pioneer FCU members can now schedule appointments from their account online at any time. “We want to make it as easy as possible to join Pioneer FCU or enhance an existing relationship,” says Eric Mayer, VP of Branch Administration at Pioneer Federal Credit Union. “I foresee that L6 will allow our current and soon-to-be members the convenience of booking an appointment when it is ideal for them. Having data to help determine effective and efficient staffing is vital. The reports in L6 should provide useful insight on types of member requests, wait times, and how long an interaction lasts.”
The system automatically assigns members to a representative based on service needs and staff calendar availability. Automated reporting provides proactive engagement insights to inform future strategic operational decisions for Pioneer FCU.
“At FTSI, we collaborate with our customers and provide solutions that reach beyond the branch and typical business hours,” says Susan Napier, CEO at FTSI. “Consumers should be able to bank on their time and appointment banking is a necessity for any financial institution to meet the digital experience expectations of today’s consumers.”
Future plans to improve the member experience include integration into Pioneer FCU’s contactless, biometric digital identification authentication solution.
