Susan Napier founded FTSI in 1998 and has led FTSI to be a leader in the financial services industry. Susan’s goal is to provide our customers with forward thinking solutions that exceed expectations. Susan continues to develop long-term company strategies that drive sustainable growth for both FTSI and its customers.

Daniel has been with FTSI since 2011 and is a performance-based leader, skilled in optimizing financial management landscapes through an entrepreneurial spirit and a forward-thinking approach to company leadership. His blend of solid financial skills with strong operational knowledge is a valuable asset to FTSI and its clients.

Jill joined FTSI in 2009 and within her tenure, at FTSI she’s overseen and managed operations, customer service, marketing, and sales operations. Jill has 20 years of management experience and plays an integral role in the development of key functions to ensure positive experiences and interactions that delight our customers.

Lisa brings a breadth of industry knowledge, experience, and resources to help financial institutions innovate and succeed. Lisa has served the financial industry in a variety of leadership roles. She has worked with hundreds of financial institutions to understand and help develop their vision, strategy, culture, and critical technology.

Travis joined the team in 2017 and is passionate about helping financial institutions utilize technology to gain efficiencies and grow revenue. His specialties include blockchain/crypto technology, enhanced self-service, and ATMaaS. Travis is a board member for Maven FCU, building the first credit union utilizing blockchain technology. He is also a Blockchain Maturity Model consultant with the Government Blockchain Association, helping financial institutions evaluate and implement blockchain solutions.

Joan Hernandez began her career at FTSI in January 2008. Joan has over 25 years of experience in human resources in healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment companies. She is passionate about helping people achieve their personal and professional goals.

James (Bo) Watson began his career at FTSI in April 2013. Bo has over 21 years of experience in ATM hardware, software and field operations. He is dedicated to supporting our clients though best in class service initiatives.

Michael joined the FTSI team in 2006. He is an industry expert in a wide range of technical areas including ATM hardware and software, and technology’s role in financial compliance. Michael has a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering and various technical certificates. Michael has over 35 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
